Macaroons

While Mom, Rachel and Mara were in Paris this past May, they went to the famous Pierre Hermé to get macarons. Not only were they utterly exquisite to look at, they tasted divine! I quickly became a fan! I’m completely fascinated by how the simplest of ingredients can create such a scrumptious treat, and have been wanting to try out a recipe.
